This plan costs $99 and comes with no-strings-attached - you can always execute the plan yourself or with another company.

The process

  1. 1
    We start our cooperation with a no-obligation downsizing plan. If you wish to work with us to execute this plan, the price of the plan ($99) will be deducted from the final fee.
  2. 2
    You’ll be assigned your own downsizing manager who will stay with you until the last picture on your new place is hung on the wall.
  3. 3
    Your transition partner creates an inventory of all the items to make sure every asset that belongs to you is accounted for. She'll discuss what to do with your sentimental possessions - including which you wish to keep, donate and allow us to auction.

    We help you sell the property and liquidate your possessions marked for sale. If you prefer to rent your property, we can help with managing the renter on your behalf.
  5. 5
    You’ll be presented with our recommendations for future housing - a condo or a retirement community, depending on your preferences.
  6. 6
    We help you move, unpack, and settle in until you feel at home in your new place.
  7. 7
    Our fees are paid upon the sale of your estate and items.

I'm Jamie Watts, a licenced auctioneer for 5 years, my background is in traditional real estate transactions.

I’ve also been licensed and serving in funeral service for 20 years.
